You will have an opportunity to fully embody and ground the insights gained during your ayahuasca ceremony whether you had it the previous week or the previous year. Guided by Brigitte Kolibab, a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher who has supported thousands of individuals in their healing and growth, this retreat offers a holistic space to nurture your transformation and create a vision for the life you desire.

During this retreat, you’ll be guided through:
Daily Yoga Practices: Gentle Hatha and Vinyasa flows to support physical integration, grounding, and balance.
Guided Meditation: Techniques to process your Ayahuasca experience and cultivate clarity, inner peace, and connection.
Somatic Healing Activities: Exercises that engage the body to release tension, integrate emotions, and restore flow.
Partnered Exercises: Activities incorporating touch, play, and breathwork to build trust, connection, and mutual support.
Manifestation Practices: Guided activities to help you set intentions and create a clear, actionable vision for your future.

Fire Ceremony: A sacred gathering to release old energies, set intentions, and embrace transformation in a communal space.
Lessons and Learning: understand ancient Eastern philosophy- ancient ways of connecting with and cleansing the body. Learn about how ancient Eastern practices and native indigenous practices can simultaneously teach similar lessons rooted from different traditions and places.
