get to pick up point
Pickup from the meeting point is at 1:50 PM on the first day of your retreat, so please plan to arrive a little early to keep things stress free.
The easiest option is to take a taxi directly from the airport to the pickup point. White taxis are the best choice from the airport.
Another option is to take a white airport bus into Medellin. There is almost always one waiting right outside arrivals. The bus drops you off at San Diego Mall, and from there you can take a yellow taxi to the pickup point.
If your flight timing does not allow you to make the group pickup, we can help arrange a private transfer directly from the airport to the retreat. The cost for this is $75.
If it works better, you are also very welcome to arrive one day early and stay in Medellin. We recommend our partner hotel and hostel, Casa Clandestina. It is affordable, comfortable, and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, making it a great place to rest and prepare before heading to the retreat.
getting back
On the last day of your retreat, we’ll organize a group bus to take you back to Medellin. The bus drops off at El Poblado metro station.
Pickup time from the retreat depends on the length of your stay. For one week retreats or longer, pickup is at 11:00 AM. For long weekend retreats, pickup is at 12:00 PM. The drive to Medellin takes about 1.5 hours.
You’re also welcome to stay a little longer after the retreat to rest, reflect, and integrate in nature before heading back at one of our Coworking Retreats.
To keep your departure day relaxed, please do not book a flight earlier than 4:30 PM. Airport lines can be long, and this buffer helps avoid unnecessary stress.
If you need to fly earlier, just let us know in advance. We can help arrange a private transfer for an additional cost.
