let’s get prepared
got questions? we’ve got you.
what to expect during the
ceremony
ayahuasca is different for everyone, and every
ceremony brings its own lessons. Our job is to prepare you, support
you, and help you feel safe no matter what arises.
here are some of the very real things
people may experience:
Physical release and cleansing
You may purge, feel tired, or fall asleep, then wake up lighter and clearer.
Sensory or perceptual shifts
You might hear or feel things more vividly, even without visual changes.
Feeling present but physically unsteady
You may feel sober but unsteady or unable to move comfortably for a bit.
emotional & inner exploration
Old emotions or traumas can surface to be understood and released.
deep internal journeys
You may explore personal insights, symbolism, or deep inner landscapes.
something you didn’t expect
Every ceremony is different — sometimes the medicine brings the unexpected.
ayahuasca tends to bring you closer to yourself
— in a way that supports healing, clarity, and a
sense of meaning.

our 3 approachs to integration:
→ Written integration. We will issue everyone with the integration journal that will allow you to write down your experience and start making sense of it (included in price)
→ Word circles. When we gather to speak, sometimes for hours, you will be able to start weaving your thoughts into coherent words and start making sense of your experience, even better sometimes by listening to others with similar problems you will get breakthroughs and realisations.
→ US trained and US licensed professional Psychedelic integration therapist (extra cost)
book your professional integration therapy session:
from experience to insight
We see psychedelic integration is an ongoing process which begins immediately after your first ceremony.
It is a process of making sense of your experience, internalizing and gradually processing your insights into a list of actionable steps to make a long lasting positive change in your life.
If you just drink ayahuasca and see pretty images in your mind, but do nothing about it, there will still be healing, but much less. It is important not only to have the experience, but also remember it and understand it. Otherwise just like after waking up from a dream you will slowly forget your experience and will only be able to say it was interesting or meaningful, but without being able to recall the details.
So think about integration this way. You will go through the process of taking a giant amount of chaotic and ineffable insight and transforming it into a list of actionable items. Not to take away and belittle the experience, but to prepare you for life after the retreat. Come out of it all a better person.
