Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the event that LaWayra determines, based on the required health and medical assessment, that a participant cannot safely attend the retreat. In this case, the deposit will be fully refunded.

If you have paid the retreat in full, the balance amount (everything paid beyond the deposit) is refundable up to 6 weeks before the retreat start date.

You may reschedule your retreat once, free of charge, as long as you notify us at least 3 weeks before the retreat begins.

Please note: rescheduling is final. No additional refunds, reschedules, or credits will be offered for any reason (including personal, medical, or travel-related reasons).

Within 3 weeks of the retreat start date, all payments (deposit and balance) become non-refundable and non-transferable.

Once the retreat has started and final payment has been made, no refunds or credits will be issued — including if you leave early, choose not to participate in certain activities, or are asked to leave due to violations of retreat guidelines or unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
In the unlikely event that LaWayra must cancel or postpone a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or events outside of our control, the retreat will be rescheduled at no additional cost to participants. Payments will be applied to the new retreat date. Travel-related expenses cannot be reimbursed.

LaWayra is not responsible for cancellations, changes, or interruptions caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure situations.

We are unable to reimburse any travel-related costs, including flights, visas, accommodations, or transportation delays.
