Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and for that reason we offer a flexible refund policy for our ayahuasca retreats.

Up to 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, we offer a full refund to all participants. If you need to reschedule, you may do so free of charge up to 2 weeks before the retreat.

You can only reschedule once and according to terms and conditions. 

There are also no refunds given after you have chose to reschedule before, or the date of your original retreat has passed.

If you have rescheduled you get to keep the original price of the retreat even if price went up.

However, please note that no refunds or rescheduling will be allowed within 2 weeks of the start of the retreat. This policy is in place to allow us to properly prepare and allocate resources for each retreat.  After the arrival to the retreat and full payments there are no refunds even if you leave the retreat before it ends.

We are not eligible to provide refunds in case if the event get affected by powers outside of our controls, cataclysmic weather events, political protests etc. We have never so far cancelled an event.

We are not responsible for any losses associated with rescheduling or cancelation of your flights or other travel arrangements outside of LaWayra.
